Returns

All sales are final. Every Clover Creations piece is handmade in small batches, so we do not accept returns or exchanges and do not give refunds for change of mind, sizing, or color preference. Please read each product description and look closely at the photos before you order. Handmade differences Because each item is made by hand, small variations in color, stitching, and size from the photos are normal and are not defects. Damaged, defective, or wrong items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery using the address under Contact on this page. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will repair it, replace it, or refund it, at our choice. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law. Lost or undelivered packages If tracking shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it, or it stops moving for more than 7 days, contact us and we will work with the carrier to find it. Changes and cancellations Orders cannot be canceled once placed. If you need to fix a mistake, such as your shipping address, contact us right away. We will try to help before your order ships, but cannot guarantee it.

Last updated: October 14, 2026 This policy explains what personal information Clover Creations ("we", "us") collects through clovercreations.shop, how we use it, and the choices you have. Payments for the shop are handled by Adevious LLC. Information we collect - Account details: your name, email address, and password. Passwords are stored only in hashed form. If you choose Continue with Google, Google sends us your name, your email address, whether Google has verified it, and an ID that connects your Google account to your account here. We never receive your Google password, and we don't keep your Google profile photo or any access to your Google account. - Sign-in details: when you sign in, we record your IP address and browser type with your session to keep your account secure. - Order details: the items you buy, the amounts paid, your shipping name and address, and shipping and tracking details. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. - Messages: when you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, subject, and message by email. The site does not store message text. We keep the email in our inbox so we can reply. - Basic technical information: we may receive limited technical information, such as your IP address, to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and limit repeated requests. Cookies and browser storage We use a cookie to keep you signed in. Your browser also keeps your cart and favorites on your own device. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics, or third-party trackers. How we use your information - To create and secure your account. - To process, ship, and support your orders. - To send account emails, such as email verification and password resets, and order updates. - To answer your messages. - To prevent fraud and abuse and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to. Who we share it with We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the shop, and only as needed for their service: - Stripe, to process payments. - Resend, to deliver account and order emails. - Google Workspace, which hosts our email. - Google, if you choose to sign in with Google. Google learns that you signed in to Clover Creations; Google's privacy policy covers its use of that. - Our web hosting provider, and Cloudflare, which stores our encrypted backups. - Shipping carriers, which receive your name and shipping address to deliver your order. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. How long we keep it - Account information: until you ask us to delete your account. - Order records: as long as tax and accounting laws require. - Sessions: they expire, and we remove them. - Backups: encrypted, and deleted automatically after up to 8 weeks. Your choices and California privacy rights You may ask us to: - tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we use it, and give you a copy; - correct inaccurate information; - delete your information, except what we must keep by law, such as order records. To make a request, email us at the address under Contact on this page from the email address on your account. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act. We will respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. You may also update your name and email address by contacting us. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control Because we do not track you across other websites or sell or share your personal information, we treat Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals the same way we treat every visit: we do not track you or sell your information. Children This shop is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. A parent or guardian who believes a child has given us information can contact us and we will delete it. Security We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, restricted staff access, and encrypted backups to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure.
